Accord is a casting and collaboration facilitation platform that connects brands with influencers, creators, and talent.
Accord is not an employer, agent, or guarantor
Accord acts solely as an intermediary
Final decisions rest with the brand
Registration or submission does not guarantee selection
Brands may reject talent without explanation
Campaign availability depends on brand requirements
Brands agree to:
Provide accurate campaign details
Define deliverables, timelines, and usage rights clearly
Handle payments to influencers as agreed
Ensure lawful and ethical campaign execution
Accord is not responsible for brand-influencer contractual disputes.
Influencers agree to:
Provide accurate personal and professional details
Maintain professionalism and timely communication
Deliver content as per agreed terms with the brand
Respect confidentiality and NDAs when applicable
Accord may charge facilitation or service fees as applicable
Payment terms will be communicated separately
Accord is not liable for delayed or failed payments between brands and influencers unless explicitly agreed in writing
Content usage rights are defined between brand and influencer
Accord does not claim ownership of creator content
Accord may use anonymized or approved content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless objected in writing
Accord shall not be liable for:
Loss of income, reputation, or opportunity
Third-party actions or decisions
Campaign cancellations or disputes
Technical issues beyond reasonable control
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
False information is provided
Terms are violated
Misuse or unethical conduct is observed
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
